Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the management and negotiation of contracts with vendors, clients, and other business partners. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms, managing contract databases, and mitigating risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including vendor agreements, client contracts, and partnerships.
- Ensure that contracts comply with applicable laws and company policies.
- Monitor contract execution and compliance throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external parties on contractual matters.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to address contract-related concerns.
- Maintain an organized database of contracts and related documentation.
- Mitigate risk through effective contract management strategies.
- Prepare reports and provide guidance to senior management on contract statuses and key issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in contract management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of contract law and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
- Experience with contract management software is a plus.
